💸 Refund Policy

At Shizen Michi, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you need to request a refund, please review the applicable terms below.

1. Refund Request Period

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Right of Free Withdrawal established under Portuguese law (Decree-Law No. 24/2014).

2. Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.

  • The item must be sent back to the address provided by the store after prior contact.

  • The refund will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.

3. Types of Refunds

If all conditions are met, a full refund will be issued for the item(s) purchased.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is the store’s responsibility (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • In cases of partial returns or customer-caused damage, a partial refund may apply.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., bank transfer, MB WAY, credit/debit card) within a maximum of 14 business days after the return has been approved.

5. Exceptions

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable (as indicated on the product page)
